I have been best friends with my bestie since 2nd grade.
Becoming a Mama is the best thing I've ever done with my life. Hands down. (And yes, it is also the most exhausting. Please... send coffee.)
I moved to Petawawa 4 years ago and came here kicking and screaming. I thought it was going to be terrible. Turns out, I freaking LOVE it here and I'm never moving back to the city. Neverrr!
My happy place has always been in the forest so it's no wonder I find so much inspiration in the wild spaces that surround us.
I'm energetic in person, but deep down I am a huge introvert. I require and recharge with alone time- a paddle at the point, a book on black bear beach, or snuggled up on the couch with my boston terrier watching something on Netflix or Wild Homestead on YouTube. Ooga Booga (IYKYK).
When you trust me to capture you and the humans you love, it fills my cup. If you have been in front of my camera, I have fallen in love with you (in a non-creepy way) a little bit. I am a total romantic at heart and you bet your bottom I will show you how freaking magical your life is through my lens.
I really, reaaalllyyy feel like I'm winning at life with this photography thing as my career. I feel truly grateful.

how it started
Being a Mama to a wild and curious 4 year old has shown me how incredibly fleeting time is and how important it is to capture these precious moments in our lives. (They are only little once, Mama's!) I am also very painfully, keenly aware of the fact that most Mama's have an overflowing gallery of photos on their phone capturing the alllll the sweetest moments of their littles and their significant other...and like, 2 photos of themselves with their kiddos- and only one of those is moderately frame worthy (and your have your eyes closed and are dressed like Adam Sandler in the other).
AM I RIGHT?
And so, here I am! I've created a whole business- just for you, Mama.
It is now my privilege to be your photographer and I cannot wait to show you how beautiful and freaking magical your life is. And no, no you do not need a special occasion or the perfect outfits to get your photos done. I pinky promise.
